Chris co-founded BCS Search after working as a legal recruiter for an international staffing and recruiting firm. Prior to that, Chris practiced law as a complex commercial litigator with a Vault 100 firm and a litigation boutique.

The transition to attorney recruiting was a natural one for Chris who always had a wide professional network and enjoyed making connections among colleagues and friends – a skill he undoubtedly developed working as a bartender for many years.

Chris specializes in placing and relocating Associates with Vault 100 firms in the ‘Acela Corridor’ from Boston to Washington, D.C. He understands the difficulties of searching for a new opportunity while working arduous hours at a law firm and he caters his availability to fit his candidates’ schedules – making himself available nights and weekends.

Chris loves that every day he goes to work he has the chance to change someone’s life for the better. Whether it’s more money, better work-life balance or the opportunity for long-term growth, he enjoys helping candidates find what they are missing from their current positions.

Chris launched BCS Search because he felt there was a void in the market. So many recruiting firms focus solely on firm and corporate needs that they neglect the very candidates that power the entire legal system. Chris understands, and is humbled by the role of a recruiter in guiding one's job search. He knows what's at stake for the candidates who leverage his help and he is dedicated to honoring that trust.
