Danielle is a passionate DEIB leader who believes in meeting people where they are and guiding them where they need to be. Danielle specializes in DEIB trainings, audits, policy creation and implementation, BRG & ERG planning, and implementation, as well as strategic planning and organizational change. With over 10 years of experience in varying levels of DEIB positions and responsibilities, Danielle specializes in implementing various inclusion strategies with a focus on navigating the resulting changes and effects through generational and cultural lenses.

 

Danielle is a leader in the legal community, and serves as co-chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, Director of Inclusion for Pennsylvania State SHRM, and was named one of the 2023 “20 People to Know in Law,” by the Pittsburgh Business Times. A graduate of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School and Oberlin College, DEIB and ethics have always been fundamental components of Danielle’s educational background and core philosophy.
