Jake brings over 7 years of legal recruiting and staffing experience to BCS Search. In 2016, Jake moved to Philadelphia and got his start in recruiting at a national recruiting and staffing firm. Jake specializes in placing temp and permanent legal support staff at all levels including: Paralegals, Legal Assistants & Secretaries, Contract Managers, Firm & Office Administrators and Compliance professionals.

Jake also places temp and temp to perm attorneys with corporations and law firms. Corporations particularly benefit from temporary attorney resources since BCS Search is able to offer their services at a fraction of the cost of a law firm. These roles mainly focus on the following areas: Contract Review and Negotiation, Corporate Transactions, Commercial & Civil Litigation, Data Privacy, Labor & Employment, and Regulatory/Compliance matters.

Get to know Jake

​Jake is a native Mainer and resides in Maine with his wife, Libby, whom he met studying abroad in Munich, Germany. Jake enjoys playing hockey, water skiing, hiking, camping, cooking, reading, and visiting history museums wherever he travels. Jake's favorite band is the Canadian rock trio, Rush, which was snubbed from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for 15 years.
