Prior to joining BCS, Lauren was a legal recruiter at a boutique agency as well as at one of the largest professional and executive search firms in the world. Before becoming a recruiter, Lauren practiced IP and business law at a small firm in Boston and then practiced at two real estate firms before opening her own firm.

 

For Lauren, recruiting is not transactional.  She strives to build consultative relationships with both her candidates and clients to help them reach their full potential and achieve their unique goals. Lauren is transparent about if an opportunity is a good fit and makes strategic sense – She will never try to fit a square peg into a round hole.
