Neil is a former litigator who initially left practicing to have a career in the trial consulting industry, focusing on mock trial and witness preparation assistance for AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients. In working intimately with those clients, Neil got a candid, inside look at the inner workings of law firms: their culture, strengths, weaknesses, their HR function and how they competed with others in the industry. It was in this setting that his interest in attorney recruiting was sparked.

Neil co-founded BCS Search after working for a large international staffing conglomerate. It’s a true joy for him to now apply his skills, and years of recruiting experience, in a boutique environment where he helps attorneys to confidentially explore the job market and to gain a competitive advantage in the interview process. He also focuses his practice on Diversity & Inclusion advising for law firms and Business Development strategies for attorneys.

Neil continues to enjoy strong relationships with many firms and companies across the country. He has a track record of getting the right attorneys into the right positions.
