Sarah is an accomplished recruiting leader with more than 15 years of experience leading teams and supporting clients in their search for critical talent. Sarah is a 2009 graduate of Temple University and was born and raised in Philadelphia. She fell into recruiting quite by accident, but quickly fell in love with the industry and the impact she was able to have on her clients and candidates. Sarah’s goal is to be a true partner to her clients, providing transparency throughout the process and advocating for diversity.  

 

Sarah’s specialization is within the functional areas of Marketing & Sales. Her successes range from placing Marketing and Sales Managers to Chief Revenue Officers and everything in between. She has partnered with high growth organizations across a variety of industries including Startups, Consumer Goods, Technology & Private Equity. Additionally, Sarah is a passionate volunteer and active Board Member committed to working with organizations that bring people together and support under-represented communities.
